Weddings are India's favourite celebrations. Among all the frenetic preparations and hundreds of emotions, there are a few who go about their job quietly yet leave a lasting impression. If you are one of those who prefer to frame the magical moments of life, this one is for you.

Better Photography presents Wedding Photographer of the Year Awards 2009 - a contest for those those who are passionate about capturing moments and make them timeless. It will be our goal to identify and applaud the best talent among wedding photographers. After all, it's time the photographer behind the camera deservingly be in front of it.

The entries for Wedding Photographer of the Year 2009 are now closed. Winners will be notified via phone or email in the first week of March. Look out for the final results in the April 2010 issue of Better Photography.
