What is your stall number at CEIF 2018?
We will be demonstrating our state of the art solutions, including the Bizhub PRESS C71HC, MGI Jet Varnish 3DS & Accurio Press C6100 series at stall number B4, at CEIF 2018, in the city of Mumbai.

Please provide a short statement about your company, your division and about your presence at CEIF 2018. 
Konica Minolta, as a leading provider of end-to-end printing solutions, has set new benchmarks in the global printing industry with its cutting-edge technologies and being the frontrunner in R&D in this segment.We aim to transform India’s photo printing segment with our cutting-edge digital printing solutions which are tailored to meet high volume printing job requirements with exceptional precision. A strategic platform like CEIF will help us bolster our presence in the country by enabling us to showcase our solutions to a large number of photo professional businesses in India.

  • What are the most important products at your stall?
    As mentioned earlier, our Bizhub PRESS C71HC, MGI Jet Varnish 3DS & Accurio Press C6100 series, all of which have created a distinctive image in the global printing industry will be our key displays at the CEIF 2018 event.
  • Are there special sections or displays at your stall that visitors can look forward to?
    We shall have different sections for the printing solutions with Bizhub PRESS C71HC & Accurio Press 6100 and the post printing embellishment solutions with the MGI JV3DS with iFoil.
  • Are there any product demonstrations, or events at CEIF 2018, or elsewhere in Mumbai, that you would like to share with our audience?
    We would like to invite all the visitors to our stand and experience the technology from Konica Minolta.

  • Even as markets get more specialized, what do people look for today, in terms of your product categories?
    Our varied product series comes as a perfect blend of budget-friendly, cutting-edge and user-friendly printing solutions, which caters to the photo segment. Our Bizhub PRESS and Accurio Press series have carved a niche in the global printing industry, leveraging state of the art technologies and helping businesses gain more agility and profitability.
  • What have been some of your biggest successes in recent years? 
    Konica Minolta has been a pioneer in the imaging industry with a legacy of proven technologies accepted by customers worldwide. Konica Minolta has brought a unique technology of High Chroma toners to support the RGB applications using the CMYK process. Konica Minolta is currently a leading manufacturer with the most number of installs of Photobook Printing machines in the country.
  • What are your expectations in the coming year, in terms of growth?
    We will continue to invest in our R&D efforts and expansion of our presence in India as these two processes frame the core of our India centric business strategy. We will also focus on strategic partnerships across the nation to increase the penetration of our cutting-edge product portfolio in India.
  • In hindsight and from your experience, if there are issues that need to be resolved for India to take more significant strides into the future, what would those issues and their solutions be?
    We have always reiterated that the foremost concern for the printing industry in India is the lack of awareness in the segment regarding the benefits of next generation digital printing solutions. We are trying to overcome this barrier by significantly expanding our local presence across the remote locations of the country. Our R&D regularly visit India to take inputs from our customers. We thenstudy the requirements to strategically invest the resources in the right direction, in order to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Please give us a small anecdote, example, case study, or experience that you have personally had, that would be food for thought for other members of the art or manufacturing industry.
    We have lot of examples where our customers have embraced the Konica Minolta technology and are successful in their businesses. Konica Minolta technology provides lot of features which make our customers to be more productive and profitable.
