The Wildlife Photography Masterclass in Kenya is a mentored photography programme, with some of the most renowned experts in the field imparting their practical knowledge. From what it takes to make the best images, to understanding animal behavior, to trying out various forms of photography, and using different kinds of gear, the Masterclass seeks to educate advanced enthusiasts, on various aspects of the subject. ​

A passionate wildlife photographer and an active conservationist, Sandesh uses his wildlife imagery and videos to encourage protection world’s biodiversity. His documentaries and photos have been aired and published worldwide. In 2013 he was recognised as an Emerging Explorer by the National Geographic Society. He is also the recipient of several awards for his conservation photography work.

Feisal Malik is a wildlife photographer and filmmaker from Kenya who has been photographing wildlife since 1994. He used to run a camping safari business with afocus on photographing wildlife safaris. He is affiliated with the Natural History Network, East African Film Network, Foreign Correspondents Association of East Africa and the Kenya Film & TV Professionals Association.

Sachin Rai is the Chief Operations Officer at Toehold. He has an uncompromising reverence for nature and an unfailing eye for unique perspectives underline Sachin's journey as an ace naturalist and eminent wildlife photographer with over a decade's experience in excellence. Sachin conducts highly enjoyable workshops and tours where learning suddenly appears fun and easy.

ITINERARY
Day 1: Reach Nairobi, the Green City in the Sun. Overnight in Nairobi.
Day 2: Transfer to David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust. Continue on to Ol Pejeta/ Mt. Kenya. Game drive while en-route. Overnight in Nanyuki.
Day 3: Early morning walk and game drive. Afternoon classroom session. Evening sunset walk and photography session. Overnight in Nanyuki.
Day 4: Transfer to Amboseli National Park. Enjoy the scenic views and pursue photography opportunities while en-route to Amboseli. Field work photography sessions – an hour and half game drive within the Park. Overnight in Amboseli National Park.
Day 5: Early morning game drive. Pursue photography opportunities near hotel. Afternoon classroom session. Evening walk, photography session and night game drive. Overnight in Amboseli National Park.
Day 6: Transfer to Maasai Mara. Afternoon game drive. Overnight in Maasai Mara National Reserve.
Day 7: Early morning nature walk. Cultural visit excursion at the Maasai village. Evening game drive.
Day 8: Early morning game drive. Transfer to Nairobi. Check into day rooms. Transfer to Mumbai in Night.
